Custom Made-to-Measure Orders
Every MashTiger gown is custom made to the measurements provided by the customer. Because each gown is cut for one specific person, custom gowns cannot be restocked or resold.
All made-to-measure gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the confirmed case of a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Include your order email, photos of the issue, and a short description.
Confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by MashTiger. Depending on the issue, we may repair, remake, or otherwise resolve the problem at our expense.
Measurement Errors
Because each gown is made from the measurements provided at checkout, fit issues caused by incorrect customer measurements are not eligible for return or exchange. Please follow the measurement guide carefully before ordering.
Order Changes
Email us as soon as possible if you need to correct order details. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
