Ordering
Browse the collection, choose a style, then click "Order Now." You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout where you enter your five measurements and pay. That's it — no account needed, no back-and-forth. We'll confirm your order by email and begin production.
Five measurements, all in inches: bust (fullest part of chest), waist (narrowest part of torso), hips (fullest part of hips and seat), height (barefoot, top of head to floor), and shoulder-to-floor length. Our measurement guide walks you through each one step by step — it takes less than 5 minutes.
Email us at support [at] mashtiger.com as soon as possible. Once production has started we cannot make changes, but if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering we'll do our best to help.
Measurements & Fit
That's exactly why we exist. We don't use standard sizes at all. Your measurements are the only thing that matters. If your bust measures a typical size 10 and your hips measure a typical size 14, your gown will be made to fit both — precisely. No compromising one to get the other.
We accommodate a wide range of measurements: bust from 28" to 65", waist from 22" to 55", hips from 30" to 65". If your measurements fall outside these ranges, email us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can help.
We recommend following our measurement guide carefully, and ideally having a friend help you. If your gown arrives and doesn't fit due to a measurement error on your part, we aren't able to remake it at no charge — but email us and we'll discuss options. If the gown doesn't fit due to a production error on our end, we'll fix it.
Currently, each gown is available in the color shown on its product page. We do not offer custom color changes at this time, which helps us keep product details, photos, pricing, and order expectations clear before purchase.
Shipping & Timing
From the moment you place your order to when the gown arrives at your door: 3–4 weeks. This includes production time and shipping within the United States. We recommend ordering at least 5 weeks before your event to allow a small buffer.

Yes. Standard US shipping is included in the price of every gown. No shipping fee at checkout.
Yes. Once your gown ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Policy
All gowns are custom made to your individual measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged — except in the confirmed case of a manufacturing defect. Because each piece is made specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or resold. Please review our Return Policy before placing an order.
Email us at support [at] mashtiger.com within 5 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue and your order email. Confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by MashTiger. Depending on the issue, we may repair, remake, or otherwise resolve the problem at our expense.
Your gown is made from scratch to your exact measurements. It's cut for your body and no one else's. Unlike a standard-size dress that can go back on a shelf, a custom piece has no resale path. This is why made-to-order garments across the industry operate on a final-sale basis.
