Where We Ship
MashTiger currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
Standard US shipping is included in the listed price of every gown. There is no additional standard shipping fee at checkout.
Production and Delivery Time
Each gown is made to order using the measurements provided during checkout. The full process from order confirmation to delivery usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, including production and US shipping time.
We recommend ordering at least 5 weeks before your event date to allow a small buffer.
Why 3 to 4 Weeks
MashTiger is not a standard-size inventory store. Each order is individually cut and made for the customer who placed it, then checked and packed before shipping. That production window is part of how we avoid standard-size compromises and unnecessary alteration work.
Tracking
When your gown ships, we will email a tracking number to the email address used at checkout.
