1. Choose a style
Start with a gown or short formal dress from the collection. Each product page shows the style, material, price, photos, production timing, return policy, and the measurements needed for checkout.
2. Submit five measurements
At checkout, you provide bust, waist, hips, height, and shoulder-to-floor length in inches. These measurements help us cut the bodice, waist, skirt, and finished length around your proportions.
3. Confirm order details
Before payment, review your style, contact details, shipping address, measurements, and event notes. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email [email protected] as soon as possible.
4. Production begins
After order confirmation, your gown enters production. Because the piece is made for one customer, changes may not be possible once production has started.
5. Shipping and delivery
MashTiger currently ships within the United States only. The full production and delivery process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks after order confirmation.
