Quality & Defect Policy

Every MashTiger gown is custom made for one customer. This page explains what is covered if a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs.

What we check

Before shipping, each gown is checked for the ordered style, general construction, visible fabric issues, and obvious manufacturing problems.

What counts as a manufacturing defect

Examples may include a significant construction issue, incorrect style sent, major fabric damage before wear, or a clear production problem that prevents normal use of the gown.

What is not considered a defect

Fit issues caused by incorrect customer measurements, personal preference, event-date changes, normal variation in screen color, minor loose threads, or damage after wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to report an issue

Email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Include your order email, clear photos, packaging photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

How confirmed defects are resolved

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MashTiger may repair, remake, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue depending on the nature of the problem and timing.
