After checkout, we receive your selected style, contact information, shipping address, and five measurements. This is the point where your custom order starts.
Measurement review
We review the submitted measurements for obvious issues. If something looks unusual, we may contact you by email before production continues.
Production
Your gown is made to order using the measurements provided. Production timing can vary by style, fabric, embellishment, and order volume.
Quality check
Before shipping, the gown is checked for the selected style, general construction, and visible manufacturing issues.
US shipping
Once shipped, tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout. The full process from order confirmation to delivery usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.
